Need 2 songs produced

I need someone to produce a beat and complete a track for 1 song with a similar sound to can't hold us by maclemore and 1 song that is a twist on flowers by Miley Cyrus. I have a vision in my head about how these should sound but I need help bringing the songs to life.

I need some help with songwriting as well. . I need someone to help with the entire song-making process - writing, arrangement, creating background music/beat, other instrumentation, mixing and mastering. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'm looking to hire a very experienced producer. I'm an indie artist. I will be recording vocals on my own. I'd like you to also mix and master if possible.
