We need female vocals for 1 song in a modern hip hop influenced r&b style

How's it going? My cowriter and I are looking for a vocalist for a hip hop influenced modern R&B song we wrote. It would be work for hire where we keep all commercial rights. We're mostly writing for tv/movie sync and artist pitches. We would need the finished processed vocal as a .wav file as well as the separate processed tracks as .wav files. I need all the vocals recorded (lead vocals, harmonies, stacks, ad libs). The song will be released commercially. I don't need to use your name - you can be uncredited. The lyrics and melody are already written. I just need a singer.. I'm looking for a female singer. I'm hoping to find a good singer who can work with my limited budget.
