Hey! My name is Filipe Lins and i´ve been playing harmonica since 2008. Performing in some DVDs and CD records in Brazil and have been chosen to open some shows like the blues master Bob Stroger and have the oportunity to play beside Tail Dragger.
PhD on Sound Arts by the Federal University of Goias (UFG), I teach sound engineering in the Federal Institute of Science and Technology in Goias (IFG). Since 2001 I have been working as a producer, mixing engineer and sound designer for music and films. My studio is based on the countryside of Brazil, in the city of Goias, but I can work remotely.
I've been a live sound engineer since 2004 specializing in large scale concert monitor mixing. I've worked with Modest Mouse, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, AFI, Pearl Jam and many other bands. I've decided mixing albums is something I'd like to do moving forward, and have won 1st Place in RateMyMix.com first mix contest featuring Dragged Under.
