I am a Mexico City-Based Mixer, 1 time Grammy and 4 Times Latin Grammy Winner (including Best Engineered Album), my credits encompass a wide range on genres and artist, and include Natalia Lafourcade, Mon Laferte, Zoe, Ximena Sariñana, Jesse &Joy, Los Angeles Azules, La Barranca, Jaguares, Ana Torroja, Los Bunkers, Cecilia Toussaint, Thalia.

I love music, I really enjoy the process of creating the sound of a song. I get involved in the process from recording and mix to final mastering. I work with analog and digital equipment. I have worked for great Latin artists of different musical styles in studio and on tour and learned from great grammy winning engineers.

I worked for 22 years with one of the most important and successful bands in Latin America, Café Tacvba. I collaborated in the making of 7 albums as part of the recording team, from "Avalancha de Éxitos” to "El Objeto Antes Llamado Disco.¨

I've been doing this for 18 years not only as a career but as a way of living. I've been around music since i was a kid, i don't know any better way to express my self than with music. If there is something i really truly love is the mixing process of making a good record.

I worked as a live sound engineer, sound system engineer and mixing for theater, musical plays, concerts and music recordings.

For me, it's essential to maintain the high quality of sound that already exists in the audio and music industry, whilst also keeping the emotional values of music, which is what connects a project to its audience.

I am a sound Engineer and Musicologist with more than 10 years of expierence. I´ve worked in more than 100 live recordings; that make me elaborate a recording methodology and of course a mixing methodology too. Most of those recordings are of acoustic music, Jazz, Folk and of course some Pop, Rock and Hip Hop music.
