I am Johnny Chávez, a Mexican professional producer. I specialize in recording, reamping, mixing, mastering and drum tracking of rock and metal music. I am based in Mexico City, but can travel world wide for recording sessions. I also provide live sound engineering and have plenty of experience recording in that environment.
Being a musician myself (drummer for the progressive metal band Acrania, former drummer of renowed Thrash Metal band Strike Master and also guitar player and vocalist for Grave Cross), I can easily relate to the fears, expectations and desires of my clients.
