Hello, I am John Hegger. I'm a valedictorian of a recording and audio college, with training from Carl Nappa, a multiple Grammy nominated engineer known for his work with Nelly, among other greats. The best thing about myself is my ear. If it sounds right, I'll know it. If not, I'll fix it. I can detect even faint flats and sharps.
I have been playing guitar for over 26 years. I am currently available for recording sessions both remote and on site. I have extensive experience working in different genres from hard rock to pop, Spanish Rock to hip hop.
I'm a self-taught sound engineer from Alessandria (Italy). I started playing bass guitar and singing when I was 15, then a couple years later I started my journey through the audio engineering world. In 2010 I opened a studio with another guy, then left it in May 2014. Now I'm working in my home-studio.
