In addition to guitars and slide instruments, I love to create loops to bring ambient and soundscape elements into roots based music. I specialize in tracking high quality lead and rhythm guitar parts, on electric and acoustic, as well as textural and slide guitar to achieve the parts or sound you’re looking for. My focus is embellishing the song, without getting in the way, and providing as unique or as traditional of an approach as needed.
As both a steel player and producer, I strive to help make every project I touch more interesting and sound better than it did before it came in. I really love working with artists and producers to find just the right hook, melody, texture, and layers to make every song the best it can be.
