Powerhouse Studio, opened in 2007, is a music production and recording studio. Currently, Powerhouse is home to recording engineers who've worked in such genres as Reggae, Caribbean, Rap/Hip-Hop, R&B and Latin audio recordings. Our engineers have interned at studios such as Ma-Max studios, Inner Circle Studios (Miami) and Mercy Sound Studio.

I am a creative consultant firstly. The goal is to ensure WE get to the right idea: One that will move us as collaborators and humans. I've had the pleasure of creatively directing and vocal producing several conceptual albums. I love bringing ideas to life and will expect professionalism and communication throughout the process. I am a self taught musician from the age of 12, by the age of 15 I became a professional jazz pianist. At 17, I started teaching myself how to master music, and with the natural ear I've had since I was 12, it shows in the quality of my mastering.

Next level sounds, feel, and pop intuition: I'm an experienced writer/producer with deep Ableton fluency who can elevate a track with detailed production that flows and leaves space for the most important elements. I love sprinkling in unique elements and textures to give a song its distinct sonic trademark.

Alex is a tracking and mix engineer based in Brooklyn, NY! A graduated of Berklee College of Music, Alex got his start at Avatar Studios (aka Power Station) as an assistant engineer.
