As a producer, recording and mixing engineer, Matt has, and continues to work with ensembles across many diverse styles of music, from period ensembles of the Renaissance and Baroque, to contemporary tango, punk, metal, choir, and traditional and modern classical.
I have 20 experience years performing and recording with various artists and genres including Grammy Award winner Paquito D'Rivera, together with the Jazz@Lincoln Center Orchestra. I have been writing song lyrics for over 10 years, predominately in the genre of Hip-Hop/Rap music. However, I do enjoy writing song lyrics for R&B/Soul and Pop music as well. When writing my own Hip-Hop/Rap lyrics, I use a style reminiscent of 90s Hip-Hop/Rap music but I can write for just about any style of Hip-Hop/Rap that you require.
