Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

A: The cover song "Release Me" (originally by Agnes) makes me really proud. I realized the project together with a good friend. We inspired each other, so we improved our producing skills enormously.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?

A: I've got a few projects going right now. Own songs, cover versions and remixes.

Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

A: I would suggest Rudi Dittmann and Klaas Gerling.

Q: Analog or digital and why?

A: Definitely digital. It's cheaper, you have a lot more options, and you get at least the same results.

Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

A: I try to give them the best result.

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: I have the opportunity to listen to fabuolos songs and ideas, work on fascinating projects and with interesting people.

Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A: They want to know if their song can sound like a certain famous one. My answer: "Yes it can, but it doesn't have to".

Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

A: That I already know the customers' visions without them telling me.

Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

A: The main question is how you want your song listen like.

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: Know how your song should listen like. Tell me everything about your visions. So we can do the best result.

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

A: Hm, not that easy. I think it would be a macbook, headphones, my mini piano, an interface and a camera to film my progress. Of course there would have to be electricity ;-)

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: Music has been with me for almost my whole life. At the age of 6 I learned the piano, soon composed my own pieces, deepened my knowledge of music with the Regensburger Domspatzen, later at the German Pop Academy, where I graduated as a Music Technology Specialist (Bachelor of Arts). I've also released a few songs and often play the piano live. For about 5 years I've been intensively involved with producing and composing.

Q: How would you describe your style?

A: In a few words: catchy, melodious and full of dance vibes.

Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

A: Working with Robin Schulz would be great because he established the music producer "market" in Germany.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: I would say "less is more".

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: I work on all types of EDM music, but also everything not too crazy. Acoustic versions are also exciting.

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: The feeling for the right melodies and chords that go well together.

Q: What do you bring to a song?

A: My knowledge of harmonies, song structures, instrumentation and tonal balance and how it all fits together.

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: My credo is: Bring everything on a basic professional level, then try to do the magic ;-)

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

A: My studio is equipped with many software plugins. It also has a professional acoustic room.

Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

A: My work is mostly inspired by stars like Robin Schulz, David Guetta and Kygo. But there are so many musicians, producers and composers that might influence my music.

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

A: I mainly offer song producing, mixing, mastering and piano recording.
