Tom is a superstar. No edits needed - he always nails the master of the first pass. Just played it out of 3 monitor sets, some headphones and a car and it’s masterful in each.Don’t hesitate with Tom - he’s the real deal.

This was the trickiest piece of music I’ve worked on with Tom, and he was a true professional! The sound is fantastic, as always, but additional praise for how great it is to work with him as a human being. It’s always a pleasure.

Interview with Tom Frampton
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I was especially proud to work with Tiesto stem mastering a few tracks. A remix for Calvin Harris and a remix for Niall Horan. For the Calvin Harris remix I was invited to his private studio complex in Amsterdam which was an amazing experience.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Working with an engineer with an ego can ruin a process that is supposed to be incredibly enjoyable. The service is about YOU, the customer, not about an engineers production credits. If both parties can be attentive listners and be humble, the end result will benefit.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Bringing a mix to life. Sonically transforming the audio so it jumps out of the speakers and grabs the listeners attention.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Once I have the files from my client, I analyse them carefully. If there are any issues, I'll contact the client and advise on any necessary changes to help us achieve the best possible result. Once the files are all in order I get to work. I typically spend the first day getting the track to 95% of the way there. I then open the project again with fresh ears the following day and work on bringing it to 100%. I'll only send the track back to the client once I'm 100% happy with it. I'll then ask the client if they would like any sonic adjustments made to the track. I'm always happy to tweak the sound to suit the taste of my clients. This process has lead to a lot of happy, returning customers.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most of my clients come to me for stem mastering. They prefer to give me complete control over the balance of their track. This usually speeds up the mastering process as I can fix more problems with stems than I can with a single file, as used in stereo mastering.
