Hello—I'm Brett Hughes, I run a versatile project studio in Vermont, writing, producing/recording and performing full-time (Americana/Bluegrass and Swamp-Rock) with many of the best players around. I do album and commercial work, and occasionally tour as a side man. Hell, I'm also an Art Director/Graphic Designer (Vanity Fair, Phish '99-'01!)
With any project I take on, my goal is to collaborate with the artist and be involved in the production process to the extent that the artist needs or wants to make the best sounding recording possible.
I've been writing and mixing my own music, but would love to be able to help out by mixing or producing for others that are not as proficient!
