My name is Lucy DK and I'm a songwriter, vocalist and top-liner based in London. I’ve lived and worked in Nashville and New York, collaborating with artists across genres, mostly hip-hop, RnB, pop and electro/dance music. My superpower is helping magic creative ideas into commercial songs.
My job is to get the messages you are trying to convey & the stories you're trying to tell on to the track. You'll only need me to learn enough to always get your ideas on the record.
With a mixing journey that commenced in 2017, I have been fortunate to receive mentorship from notable figures in the industry. Mentored by: Brendan Keizer, Owner and Founder of Afrika Audio and also Joshua Oosthuizen - founder and Music Producer of Oriison Productions. Im also currently the Live Broadcast Mix Engineer for at Unite180 church.

I try to materialize the notes that touch my heart and the mind shows me infinite worlds mediated by sound. I inherited an absolute musical ear, my preferential channel in seeing the world is that of sound. I am capable of ranging from one genre to another and in my conception of music there are no insurmountable limits. everything can be adapted.
