District Sound Lab is the premier recording studio in the Washington DC area that specializes in the recording, production, mixing and mastering of hip hop, RnB, dance music and pop. Our founder and chief engineer Calin Enache is a Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum mixer and engineer.

I've been running a full time studio called InTheMusic Recordings for 1 year now and I've been mixing, mastering on Pro Tools/Logic for about 7 years. I started making music when I was 16 but fell in love with engineering when I was 18. I'm 25 now and I record, mix, master and produce music full time for a living and love the art.
