Not only harmony and melody but also rhythm, syncopation, articulation, phrasing and dynamics are key in music. I feel privileged to be able to spend my life with music and to be in a journey that never ends.
As a teenager mesmerised by the soundscapes of artists like JMJ, Depeche Mode and New Order amongst others, I turned my Amiga500 into a musicX MIDI workstation and never looked back. Now its Pro Tools and I'm still loving it.
With a mixing journey that commenced in 2017, I have been fortunate to receive mentorship from notable figures in the industry. Mentored by: Brendan Keizer, Owner and Founder of Afrika Audio and also Joshua Oosthuizen - founder and Music Producer of Oriison Productions. Im also currently the Live Broadcast Mix Engineer for at Unite180 church.
