Im Filipe, i work in music production since 2002, from several styles, Hip hop, house, Techno house, Nu-disco, Disco, Techno, Minimal, Chill-out... My work with Julio Maciel (Cisco Cisco) was already selected for labels such Get Physical or Defected. The work i do for people were selected to labels such Saved or Rumors to name a few.
I specialize in textures and creative drumming. I like to prepare my drums using bells, objects and percussion on top of the hitting surfaces to create rattle and different types of layered sounds. I have made unique steel cymbals ranging from 24'' to 48'' to create very dark and metallic textures.
Classically trained, played under world class conductors. Became a cross genre cellist recording & touring with Take 3, Caroline Waters & Dave Kerzner. I appear on more than 40 albums worldwide as a cellist, vocalist & songwriter. I produced 2 solo albums and 3 collaborative albums. My forte is composing music on the spot with analog effects.
