A professional singer/songwriter, working for over a decade, I’ve opened for artists such as Wyclef Jean and Jon Bellion, was a finalist on Ryan Seacrest’s “Best Cover Ever”, and am currently creating records with multi-platinum, Grammy nominated Producer/Songwriter/Mixer, Keith Ross. Looking forward to creating awesome music together!
I am known for my vocal precision and ability to emote the essence of a song. Clients have said my vocal arrangements stand out as being warm, full, exciting, and truly help to elevate the song. My versatility allows me to work on a wide scope of music and genres. For example, I am currently featuring on an upcoming single release with well-known Latin rapper Don Cuba, where I sing in Spanish (and even partly in Punjabi).

Jamie is really amazing.
Jamie's vocal skills are really good.
Her voice is really beautiful.
Most of all, she invested her time generously for my project. She always wanted to know what I wanted. And she tried as I wanted. This is why she's special. Thank you very much to her for her sincere efforts in my project. Working with her is so special. I'll make it up to her one day. I really appreciate it.
I really couldn't recommend Jaime highly enough. Not only was she enthusiastic, reliable and a pleasure to work with - she also created phenomenal vocals for my track. So happy with the work Jaime did for this!
Jaime is a pleasure to work with. It is only a matter of time until she is added into the conversation of one the best singers you've heard.

Accomplish the vision of the songwriter and song

If asked, how I feel about working with Jaime Arin? Let me put it like that: To future generations I can modestly say that I‘ve worked with Jaime way back in 2022, before she rose to worldwide fame as a singer and artist. With her input she took my song to another level.
I'm just addicted to Jaime voice, lol!
In my opinion, Jaime has one of the best voices on Sound Better. She brought that talent directly to my 2 love songs. I'm going to have to find more beats for her.
She can hit notes an average singer dreams of reaching!
Jaime has such a great voice that is very professional and very patient until it reaches perfection. I will definitely be working with her again!
Jaime is literally one of the greatest singers I’ve ever worked with. She is just effortlessly incredible. Every time we work, I’m in awe of how she brings a song to life. She’s also a beast songwriter as well. I can’t recommend her strong enough. Talent like hers is rare. On top if that, she is the nicest person you could ever want to work with and crazy reliable. I’m a huge fan of Jaime and everything she does.
It's a personal honor to be the first (of many) endorse Jaime on here. She's one of THE most talented people I have ever collaborated with as well as one of the kindest, most reliable people as well. In every sense of the word, she's special. Jaime's as diligent as they come & one of the very few people I've encountered that cares so much about the quality of her work, she is relentless until it is "all the way there". She's a stickler for detail and has phenomenal instincts & abilities. Her voice is amazing & her vocal arrangements & backgrounds are KILLER too. Hire her. You won't regret it!
Interview with Jaime Arin
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am currently writing, creating, and demoing songs for well-known artists, singing background vocals, and featuring on some pretty great upcoming records.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Keith Ross and WiggyvstheWorld, they are both amazing!
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My promise is to deliver the best experience and the best product.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Nothing crazy, just how quickly I can turn around a product (which is pretty quick, 1-7 business days, depending on the job).
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: To make sure that both parties are alined and on the same page as it relates to your vision. That way you will get the best possible product and nail exactly what you're looking for.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: A strong power source, my Genelec speakers, MacBook Pro, microphone, interface
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been in music for well over a decade. I studied music at the University of Miami and then I was in a Pop/R&B girl group where I created and arranged all our vocals and harmonies. Now I am a solo artist writing and demoing songs for well-known artists, singing background vocals, and featuring on some upcoming records.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: My biggest tip as an artist would be get out of your own way during the creative process, let yourself go, and throw all the ideas on the table when creating. If something doesn't stick, that's what Pro Tools is for.... You have as many takes as you need. You never know which idea is gonna hit best until you hear it!
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is my technical vocal ability along with creating unique and ear catching top line melodies.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Memorable melodies, rich and interesting harmonies, passion and creativity.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: First we will discuss the details of your project and figure out how to bring your vision to life. Once the project has been funded, you'll send over any instrumentals, references, and lyrics or lyrical topics. The writing or recording process typically takes up to a week. As soon as I finish, I'll send over a rough mix and get feedback from you on any adjustments. Then, once the fee has been paid in full, I will send over a final dry vocal track.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I am immensely inspired by H.E.R, SZA, Bruno Mars, Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder... I love mixing my inspiration from legacy artists with current ones.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I lay down vocal melodies, create vocal/harmony arrangements, and do top line songwriting.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I am so proud of the body of work I am creating right now with Keith Ross. He's a 3-time Grammy nominated, multi-platinum producer, songwriter and mix engineer. Together we have been creating originals for well-known and major label artists. I love collaborating and creating with such an inspiring, talented, and creative person.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: I use both. Digital makes for a quicker process and analog is richer in harmonics and character.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love creating and collaborating with other people. I also love being able to contribute and elevate someone else's project!
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: The biggest misconception is that I create in just one genre.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: How can I help bring your vision to life?
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My vocal style is intricate, powerful, and dynamic.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with Bruno Mars. His talents are so multifaceted and to be able to create from scratch with him would be unbelievable.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I typically work on top 40 Pop and R&B music.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio setup includes: Genelec 8330 SAM Monitors, Slate ML-1 Microphone, Neve Preamp, Golden Age 2254 Compressor, Universal Audio Apollo Twin X, and Pro Tools.
