I have been writing, mixing, recording, and mastering my own work since 2010. I have never been professionally trained, but have released my own projects under the name LION. I self-released an EP in 2011, and am releasing an EP in October for the Kansas City label Dionysian Tapes followed by an LP released on Dusty Records in San Francisco.

Pretend Machine is all about creativity and I want to bring that playful creativity back to when we were children pretending we lived inside all these great stories. Using my Pretend Machine I want to help you live the story you have created.
