Depeche Mode once did a song called "Oberkorn (it's a small town)". And then there's the Oberkorn step sequencer by Analogue Solutions .. and now here's Oberkorn Studios, the logical follow-up to the series by Packo Gualandris who lives and makes music in Oberkorn since his childhood.
Composer, songwriter, orchestrator and arranger, who has released critically aclaimed pieces with bands including Disconnected Souls, Sensory Enigma and Curse Of Dawn. Performance experience with acts including the Nottingjam Orchestra. Have previously been involved with projects from a range of other genres.

I'm a professional guitar player with hundreds of shows and recordings under my belt. I have a university degree in jazz guitar and play mostly fingerstyle on the electric!
I'm a melodic guitarist with an ear for finding parts that fit well with existing arrangements. Inspired by the post-punk bands of the 80s, I've had lots of practice writing riffs for various indie and alternative bands. Outside of playing I have also trained in music production to better understand the guitar's part in a full mix.
