Valid Recordings is a new boutique recording studio by @chop_ford focusing on providing quality recordings at affordable price points. We are a group of producers & mixing/mastering engineers who can provide you with beats for the session if you don't have one yet, as well as an engineer for a session if you do not have one.
From LA to Brooklyn and now Denver, I've been a singer/songwriter's drummer. Otherwise I fill my time playing in jazz clubs, for Saudi Princes, and in the pits of musical productions.
I bring analog warmth to an otherwise modern approach to mixing and provide a sound that blends the best of both worlds. In addition, I am an award-winning Hip-Hop Artist and would be happy to provide lyrics/vocals on your track.
People have forgotten that music is supposed to be a unique emotional experience. Whether the song is meant to be happy, angry, sexy, scary etc. no music today is as emotionally appealing as what it used to be. Everything is played out, nothing new is happening.
I am a rhythm guitar and bass player with 25+ years experience under my belt. Acoustic guitar, rhythm electric, and bass is what I’m actively playing live.
