My name is Earl Armstrong Jr, I have been a student of hip-hop music since about 1993. I began only as a songwriter and rapper but went to Full Sail University in 2011 for Music Production and learned the arts of mixing and mastering while attending. I’ve been running my own home studios and have engineered for many upcoming artists.

What a good session musician does is listen to the song, to the artist, and to the other players. That way you can help bring out the song and help the artist express what they want to express. It's never about you stepping out and showing you can play something fancy.
I like to have some "classical" flavor and also some synthy stuff. Sometimes almost like 80s.

I've had over 10 million streams on spotify and made it onto their editorial playlist 'Mellow Morning'. I have also performed at the Accor Hotel Arena in Paris in support of Orelsan & Phazz in front of 20,000 people for two nights.
I am an Audio Engineer, I have a bachelors degree and have been working towards music since the age of 12, I can Mix & Master, I have worked on game sounds. I know my way around a 5.1 mix creating surround sound. I have made many songs and helped produce other artists songs, I create beats to any genre. I have helped record ensembles and bands.
The ability to see someone's vision and add to it are the hallmark of a great mixing engineer. That's what my college professor told me the day I graduated.
