Hi and thanks for taking the time to read my blurb. I have been a songwriter for over 20 years and have been an avid Pro Tools user for over 10 of those years. My first experiences of Pro Tools were when friends would let me practice on their already recorded raw tracks and sometimes they would come out sounding a lot better. I love mixing.
I've been in the recording industry for over 8 years. I recently graduated from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Production & Engineering, and now I own/operate The Hang Studios in Fort Worth, Texas where I'm involved in projects across all music genres. I love to develop artists and help bring their passion and music to fruition!
I'm Derek Jordan, singer/songwriter/producer with over 20 years of experience. I'm dedicated to helping your songs come alive rather its through lyric tweaking, melody creation, laying down guitars or gluing the mix together.
