I started Peace of Eden Recording Studio in 1998 on my farm in the countryside of the Garden Route, South Africa. Its a digital and analogue project facility with lots of vintage gear and accommodation is part of the deal. I have recorded and produced over sixty albums in many genres. I was nominated Best South African Recording Engineer in 2010.
I was was nominated by the 2022 San Diego Music Awards for best RnB Funk or Soul Album. I've been composing electronic music for 20+ years. I like to keep it funky while incorporating classic instruments like pianos, horns, guitar and strings with highly engineered synth sounds, robotic vocals and often dirty basslines.
Co-founder guitarist metal band Mudra. Songwriter, arranger. Involved in Pop rock productions as well.
I am a lyricist, top line, and vocal part writer currently working with Nashville-based recording artist Melissa Carter. I am most appreciated for my poignant and stylistic lyric writing, hooky melodies, and ear candy vocal sub-hooks. Oh, yeah. I also writer killa rap parts.
Making music is not just a job for me, its my life. I put my heart and soul into every record I produce, write or mix and master. I'm only satisfied when you are satisfied.
