Hi guys my name is Van Avakian, before I start with all my awards (just kidding) I want to say that music has been a part of me since I can remember, I know its frowned upon but I would spend my school hours outside the classroom under the palm trees writing songs. After growing up in Clemson, SC, I graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Performing arts concentrating in audio. A year later I finished my second bachelors at Middle Tennessee State University's Recording Industry Major (Audio). I've been fortunate enough to work for the likes of Vance Powell and Reid Shippen
