For the better part of a decade i've practiced and studied audio engineering. In 2014 I gained a higher education certificate for Music Production - now my main focus is to mix. I aim to get every project as musical, modern and 'cutting edge' as possible, but more importantly it has to satisfy the artist and their listeners.
I am Musician (Mr. Kaplan) and Mixing Engineer. I was trained by Grammy award winning mixing engineer, Dave Pensado. Jan Ohlhorst has over 20 years of know-how and experience spanning all audio related fields. This encompasses the entirety of the recording process from production, recording, mixing, to mastering. He studied electrical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences and has worked professionally for more than a decade mastering audio.
I specialise in writing and recording; passionate vocals, lyrics, layered harmonies as well as acoustic and electric guitar. I am a professionally trained vocalist and obtained a songwriting degree in Hertfordshire. Currently based in Bournemouth.
