Mixing & Mastering Engineers, Producers & Songwriters who worked with tom weir

Bluesy, funky, jazzy, rockin'...this is the wheelhouse. I fronted the local Chicago band FUSION for over 5 years. We recorded a full length album. Loved by critics and fans alike, it stands as a pillar of music brimming with true Chicago authenticity. When we were not able to secure our spot in rock stardom, we each went our own way. I moved to LA!

We have written and produced songs/music for majors (Warner, Sony, Universal Music, EMI, SM Ent (Korea)) and for TV/Movies (Dreamworks, Netflix, Universal Pictures, Nickelodeon, Disney). We've had several number ones and top ten albums and singles in several countries.

“Veteran mixer with a double-walled, heavily treated studio and Digigrid/SSL conversion. I mix bands, singer-songwriters, and metal daily → punchy, loud, emotional mixes that translate on every system. Fast delivery & revisions until it’s perfect.”

I am a session bassist and vocalist who prioritizes feel, pocket, and musical instincts over flash. My goal is to support the song and make it feel finished. I specialize in recording bass tracks that sit perfectly in the mix, along with lead or backing vocals. I’m easy to work with, fast on turnaround, and give tracks you don’t need to fix later.
