Hi, my name is Maxine Ashley. I am a singer/songwriter. I've been writing since i was 13 years old for a label in the UK until I was 16. Since then I've worked close by Pharrell Williams for 6 years and continue to work with so many amazing artist and producers.

I’m a professional trumpet/flugelhorn player , arranger and composer. My speciality is mainly the powerful wild and wide trumpet sound, but I also like the soft airy playing. Beside mainstream improvisation, I have a big experience in playing avant-garde sounds on the trumpet also in consideration of acoustic effects and phraseology.
