Hello! I’m John Goldsmith, owner of Instigator Sound. I have more than 20 years experience with multiple genres and styles of music including all styles of electronic music, heavy metal, rock, jazz, and bluegrass. As a musician, I understand the care and passion you have put into your project and will treat it with as much care as you have.

I am an Orlando Florida based singer. A graduate of the Juilliard Pre-college, I received my bachelor’s degree in vocal performance from SUNY Purchase and master’s degree from Florida State University. I have performed at Carnegie Hall and Avery Fisher Hall. I am the 2016 the winner of Russian Grand Voice Miami.

I love to run analog as much as possible, but can do everything with everything digital too. Best of both worlds.

I’ve been creating interesting and complex vocal harmony arrangements since I was 12, honing my craft and studying music theory in order to take songs to the next level. I can create arrangements and/or record myself in my home studio and send back stems. I'm also a fan of real-life collaboration and I am happy to travel.
