Ciel Roi is the creation of Jacob Tyler Michaud. In 2014, after completing his Bachelor's of Fine Arts, Michaud endeavored to explore his growing interest in performance through music authorship. Partnering with a small production team in Portland, ME, Michaud continues his growth through collaborative efforts as a gun for hire and free agent.

I am a singer songwriter from Hawaii, and I’ve lived in Los Angeles for about 10 fulfilling years. I’ve been a lead in a band and have collaborated with a lot of friends and acquaintances. I also write my own personal music and am always looking for people to help me complete my music as well.

I have 20 years of experience working with some of the biggest names in Pop, Country, & Jazz (Michael Buble, Lady A, David Foster). In my studio I can create horn parts and/or entire tracks of any style or genre for you, whether it be a solo trumpet line or a brass ensemble.
