Jelena Soro is an oboist, vocalist, composer and arranger. Both of her oboe sound and voice color come from a unique mixture of Balkan traditional music heritage, Classical music training and years of free improvisation performances. She holds a Master degree from Berklee College of Music (Valencia) in Contemporary Performance.
Home studio with 10 years on business, headed by Felipe Sanches e Guilherme Hernandes, guitarrist and bassist respectively with over 20 years of experience. We make soundtracks, backing tracks, instrumental recording (bass and guitar) and provide production and mixing-in-the-box services.
I am a Juno Award and Polaris Music Prize winning Producer and Audio Engineer. Among collaborating with 2oolman of A Tribe Called Red, Juno & Polaris Prize nominated Snotty Nose Rez Kids, I have worked with artists stylistically ranging from Dancehall and Hip Hop, to EDM and Pop.
