I won the Curtis Mayfield Award through BMI and the Songwriter Hall of Fame, being recognized as the most promising up and coming songwriter. I trained under the top vocal producers and songwriters in the industry, Grammy-winners Bryan Michael Cox, Troy Taylor, and Sean Garrett.
