You might have heard me on a country song like Girl Crush or Pontoon by Little Big Town or on a singer-songwriter song by Matt Nathanson or Juliana Hatfield. I love my job, and I hope that it is evident in my playing.

Classically trained percussionist with 5 years of production and mixing experience, looking to collaborate on performance or production projects.

My engineering has been heard on NPR, BBC, PBS, CBC, etc. I've produced and recorded in world-class studios including Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios, as well as in all manner of farmhouse, factory, van, bus, and yurt. I specialize in guitar, bass, and drums, but have a large collection of instruments to create soundscapes and lock in grooves.

I'm a Recording Engineer/Mixer/Producer based in western Virginia. I work closely with my clients to help get the song out of their head and "onto the tape." No matter the size of a project, or what aspect I'm involved in I always strive to understand what the artist is after and help them make that a reality.

I have an entirely self produced album that I have recorded, mixed, and mastered on my own on Spotify (Mazarine - Ire Desire.) I have a small following on my youtube channel for acoustic covers of alternative songs (Okie Dokie).

Recordings are a fine art to me, and it's my life's work to do it differently. It's quite simple really...I look at records as if I'm making a film. Lighting choices, camera pan, depth of field... it's all relevant. I like to make new sounds from an old form. The bridge between the technicolor of high fidelity is my goal
