Vacation Island Recording's owner, Matt Boynton cut his teeth recording alongside master engineers and producers Dave Sardy, Greg Gordon, John Goodmanson, John Agnello, Terry Manning, and Steve Rosenthal among others at the legendary Magic Shop recording studio in New York City.

Ocean Way Nashville is a preferred studio of Sony Playstation, Electronic Arts, and many other video game companies as well as having hosted many of the top recording artists of the past 20 years. The facility is owned and operated by Belmont University.

The studio is located in Berlin Lichtenberg, near Ostkreuz and its located on the second floor of a detached house and offers natural light in all rooms. It provides one recording, directing and break room and a cozy and inspiring working atmosphere.
