Hello, my name is Derek Long. I'm an Audio Engineer, Guitarist, Songwriter, and Music Producer from Ohio, based in LA. Shoot me an email with any questions or concerns. I'm very laid back and open to negotiation.
Indie artist with a distinct, current, and soulful sound
I've spent years behind the scenes producing for artists and brands such as 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Jeremih, MTV, EA Sports, and Disney World. These projects have tremendously influenced my sound and ability to create sounds for whoever is asking. I'm now turning my attention to produce for artists such as yourself to create dope records for you.
Singer-songwriter, avid writer, jack-of-all-trades, DIY enthusiast... I am a thoughtful, skillful, and considerate lyricist, and I want to make your words sing like true poetry and convey just what you want them to. I am a highly motivated musician with one self-produced EP under my belt and a full album on the way.
Classically trained, Rock’n’roll raised singer with an excellent ear and pitch, music is like blood for me, and I love to move people with my voice. I can help bring your project to life with passion, dedication, and technical skill.
Songwriter/Topliner and Vocalist based in London. I've been honing my skill since I was six and I can tell you there is nothing more important in a song than the melody. If you get this right, you have a potential hit.
I bring a blend of modern production, audio precision, and emotional intelligence to get your song to sound like you, but elevated and undeniable.
