I studied Piano for almost 17 years, I graduated from one of the most prestigious Conservatory of Italy (G. Rossini Conservatory of Pesaro) and i'm working as a session pianist for 3 years. I recorded in a lot of recording studios in Italy (first on all Milano's Studio 7 in SAE institute) and i'm a full time composer.
Michael Jackson, Queen, Pearl Jam and many more. Multi-Platinum Mixing Engineer. Top 5 records in 4 decades spread over several charts, traditional and streaming. 16 years of experience as a major label A&R executive, I listen and mix with competitive ears. I specialize in getting the vocal right. To me this is the most important and lacking element with most producers and mixers today.
With 2 large recordings studios, 2 mixing rooms (stereo / 5.1) & a large selection of mics to choose from, there is something for everyone at Metropolis. Occupying a former power station in West London, our studios evoke Fritz Lang’s 1926 film vision of the future, after which they are named. The future is something Metropolis is all about!
Played keys with Mott the Hoople (1973-77, 2018/19) and Queen (1982). Yoko Ono, Peter Buck (REM), Robyn Hitchcock, Mike Harrison (Spooky Tooth), Wayne County, Roger Daltrey, Neil Innes, Julee Cruise & others have worked with me in the studio and on stage. I own rare vintage keyboards & drum machines. Also ambient music film, scores & TV ad music.
Sound Engineer, with great interest and knowledge of technologies for live sound and in the field of audio production and post production for film and television. Excellent relationships, high sense of belonging, leadership, and disposal facility for team work, great attitude for generating ideas, analytical skills, speed and timeliness of decision
