I produce music since 1995, for DJs, Artists and Bands in different genres (electronic, jazz, rock, metal, singer/songwriter). For my work I need to understand the essence of a track and to grasp the inherent feeling. I then try to reinforce its soul, liven it up and take the listener by the hand and accompany him on his emotional journey.
Producer/Engineer/Artists Ry King and Shervin Nivbagheri (aka Heimat) stand at the helm of the Soundship Collective, an emerging music production and artist development house located in Vancouver, BC. The collective is built upon the ideals of pushing musical boundaries, combining styles and techniques, and creating music to unite humanity.
Improvising Vocalist with an MA in Music Composition and a history: writing/recording/live performance; Jazz/Blues/A Cappella. Coursework for a doctorate in Music Composition is done. I've workshopped with Bobby McFerrin, and I've self-produced albums.

I have a decade worth of experience working with DAWs and have finally reached a point where I feel confident enough to seek out clients. My background is mostly in working with Metal subgenres.
