Richie began his lifelong career in 1992 assisting at South Beach Studios and freelancing all over Miami. In 1995 he went on to becoming the Chief Engineer at Extreme Quality Recording Studios.

Efrem Paugam is an independent music producer, engineer, programmer and arranger. Efrem was born and raised in Queens New York, but currently resides in Miami Florida. Efrem has been involved in music for 27 years, he started out DJing which then led him to engineering followed by producing and programming to finally arranging.
