Ryan Mey is the recipient of the "George H. Evans" award for mixing and mastering. He worked for BOTA Studio (Born of Orisis, Oceano, Veil of Maya) and assistant engineered at Electrowerks Recording (LetLive, The Fall of Troy,Starkill). He produces music locally and audiobooks for a subsidiary of Amazon.com. His productions can be heard nationwide.

I'm a multi-faceted hand percussionist with a performance degree from Berklee College of Music and would love to work with you! My musical upbringing in American pop music combined with my education in folkloric traditions of Rhythm help take your music to the next level! I am kind of "Beat Maker" type of Producer , with strong knowledge of "Low End" (I don't have to use loops), "Mixing/Mastering" and "Sound Syntheses". I can create any part of beat using synthesizers, rhythm machines and bass synthesizers.

I currently play fiddle, guitar and sing for Bastille, and previously toured with alt-J and folk musician and actor Johnny Flynn. I have been a session player for over 20+ years, recorded and released my own music and written for film and TV.

I’ve performed with Alison Krauss, Jamey Johnson, Wynonna, Dwight Yoakam, Lyle Lovett, Jason Isbell, Bonnie Raitt, Brandi Carlisle, Clint Black, and many others.
