Hello! My Name is Maura Scherrer. I graduated in 2007 from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. I have a BFA in Sound Engineering and a minor degree in animation.
Songwriter and Producer with a big bank of songs ranging in pop, electronic, indie, cinematic and hip-hop. My preference: uplifting electronic Tracks with Trance, Dance, House and Rave elements Very in love with synthesizer, a lot of experimental sounds/beats. Maybe good for game music but also for other oportunities like party, dancing, feeling good. Some deep experiments, too.
Analogue warmth, digital precision, over 30 years of experience. I sometimes mix on a large console running lot's of outboard and sometimes ITB. It is the level of precision and detail asked for that makes up for the right plan of attack. But most of all it is about the vibe or feel of the track that dictates the right choice.
