I'm Jamie, and I've studied cello all my life. I played with Charles Forbes with teachings from Pablo Cassals, and studied composition extensively with Roberto Pace. In 2004 I received a top scholarship to Berklee College of Music, and have been working ever since on Cello, Bass, Electric Guitar, and as a Recording and Mix Engineer.
I'm a recording, mixing and mastering engineer and also a music producer, composer and arranger with up to 12 years of experience doing my job. I have some mayor credits on well known Latin record labels, and a lot of credits on independent music. Affordable doesn't have to mean sacrificial. You should be able to try out a mixing or mastering engineer to find out if you even work well together before you attempt to work with them. Also I believe that those selling services should not tack that 'free' cost on to the back end. I'll mix your first song for free, and then we can go from there.
