Michael Levey is a New York City based music producer, composer, and Multi instrumentalist. His diverse catalog of work is genre bending and defies categorization. Makena has written for has cuts American Idol top 24 contestant Olivia Soli, Paige Anne, and Carlina. With placements in UFC Promos, and worked notable talents such as Krunkadelic (Lauren Spencer Smith) and been mentored by Shelly Peiken (Christina Aguilera.)

As a vocalist, guitarist and songwriter for several bands from Planet X (Sacto) to GliTCHeD I have years of experience in Pop, R&B and Rock. I've played big shows and toured in LA, NorCal and Nevada, releasing several albums over the years both with my groups and as a solo artist, where I performed all the instruments and vocals myself.
