I work out of JTL Group (Recording) in south Kansas City. I've been songwriting (melody/lyric) for artists on paid projects for the last three years. I've written mostly pop for others. My personal style is more eclectic. As a vocalist I can do many different characters- bluesy and colorful (Billie Holliday), to clean pop tones (Katy Perry).
I produce and mix: six Top 25 singles in Germany as RMB, a gold record, then twenty years of music for the screen: Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Maserati, and documentaries for the European Space Agency. Synths, modular, orchestra, field recordings. Everything produced and mixed to final in my own studio in Düsseldorf. Send a demo and a reference.
Professional-quality mixing and mastering, with a particular emphasis on the unusual and experimental.
I've worked with amazing artist with such different music styles all around the world such as Marvin Sapp, Kirk Whalum,Judith Sephuma, Micasa , Fred Hammond and also recorded with some African music legends such as Hugh Masekela, Lady Smith Black Mambaso and Oliver Mtukusti.
Top liner, melody mutant. I can do as many variations to hooks as you need. I have been signed to Universal records Australia, I have done commercial jingles for toy companies. I can get you fire hooks, melodies. I do not mix and master. I can provide professional hooks to your already finished or unfinished music or i can create music.
Are you finding all of this is a bit daunting, but you need classic, in-the-pocket bass lines? I'm happy to help with lines or just ideas, especially for those new to the game. I've played with bands in the UK, touted Europe and the US, recorded a few albums and Peel sessions too.
I’ve been a mixing engineer for 10+ years. If you or someone you know is looking to make radio ready music, book a studio session today!
