Boom Bap Music Producer

Bill Fires is part of a rare breed of hip-hop producers. A casual listen through his beattapes will reveal his unique taste for samples and admiration for timeless hip hop production. Born and raised in Houston, Texas but creates music heavily influenced from the east and west coast with subtle nuances that lets you know he's from the south.

Bill started making music in 2012 but didn't get on social media or release any music until 2015 through SoundCloud and later made his projects available on streaming services and Bandcamp. Over the years, he has remained focused on developing his skills as a music producer, DJ, beatmaker, businessman and sound designer.

The Houston native consistently releases conceptual beattapes and songs with independent artists who he's inspired by. Bill's taste in music doesn't cater to the trends you see in the mainstream or the type of music that is meant to be on radio. When you dive deep into his catalog you will notice he is more interested in evoking an emotion in his listeners rather than trying to make something for the masses.
