I began my musical journey in 1964 when at seventeen my parents bought me my first guitar, at first learning folk songs and then the galvanizing invasion of The Beatles and my path was forever changed. I have been a performing musician, songwriter and recordist ever since, living in Houston, Northern California, Tucson, Austin, and now Pittsburgh
Since my first audio job in 1966, I’ve recorded/mixed with countless producers, directors, actors, composers, arrangers, vocalists, and musicians. I have a special affinity for music in particular and for the performing arts in general.

I record in my own studio rooms using great sounding preamps like the A-Design Pacifica, STO-2 Avenson Audio, Sennheiser and Audio Technika Microphones.
