My name is Darius Shipp. I am a music producer and song writer from Los Angeles CA. I specialize in producing and mixing Hip Hop and soul music. My goal as a producer is to create not just a great records but also capture a feeling and a moment in time.
As a producer, my role is as a creative enabler and resonator to realize an artists musical vision. As an engineer, my studio is set up to be a comfortable creative space where ideas can flow fast and free. And as a mixer, I want to express sonically what the artist hears, and find and expose those magical moments in a mix.
