My output has been primarily driven by my work as an artist but producing, engineering and remixing for others has only served to expand my knowledge and understanding. I've been producing, engineering and mixing for coming up to 10 years now, I set up my own studio in Birmingham and have worked with a lot of artists (mainly unsigned) helping them to get all aspects of their demo's E.P's and albums ready. I've worked at Universal publishing in their studio and had my work played on mainstream U.K radio.
As well as selecting texts that connect to students' interests and backgrounds, teachers encourage intrinsic motivation in students by making the reading activity in class relevant for students. Relevance gives them reason to initiate and persist with the reading task. Students are also more likely to be engaged in reading if there is an ongoing.
