I produce scores for films and ads. I also run a recording studio in Marin County and produce pop, hip hop, folk, rock and soul records. I perform/record with musicians like Josh Groban, Ibrahim Maalouf, Angelique Kidjo, Joshua Bell, Esperanza Spalding, Cris Williamson, Scott Amendola, Wynton Marsalis, and other international recording artists.
I am a very agile, tightly groove oriented drum set player. I enjoy playing blues, rock, and jazz as well as hip/hop / R&B drumming. My main goal is to make the song or music feel great as well as utilize any creative ideas I can produce from the track into my drumming.
Invented and created own circuit and audio signal path. I use custom high-end mastering gear and cabling I can die touching. The sound is extremely dynamic with wide audible frequency range. You would get extremely big headroom sound, that is focused on PA, car and audiophile audio. Any average chart music would sound harsh and dead after.
I help producers and composers create music for commercials. I help guide artists creative direction and build sounds, melodies and overall aesthetics. I've composed and licensed original music featured on TV and online for major worldwide brands.
