I grew up playing music in church with heavy influence in Gospel and R&B. I also have a passion for Hip Hop production as well. I am mainly a keyboardist, but play bass and guitar as well. Ben Shirken aka Beshken is an artist, producer, and mixer living in Brooklyn, New York. He has produced and mixed for an eclectic range of electronic, indie/jazz, and r&b artists such as The Dare, Spencer., Gus Dapperton, Mizu & Deli Girls. He attended NYU’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music where he received a BFA in Recorded Music.
