Q: What's your typical work process?

A: I usually listen to the song several times through to get all of the details internalized. Then I will record a few tracks to get the mood and character on point. If I am happy with the parts and performance, then I will make a rough mp3 mix for the client to listen. If the client is satisfied with the performance, then I will compress and send the file on it's way!

Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

A: I think working with Robert Glasper or Rafa Arcaute, both as producers, would be a dream come true.

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

A: My area of expertise is providing high-quality vocal tracks for my clients. I have worked for over ten years as a session singer and I really take my time and effort to deliver what the client needs.

Q: What do you bring to a song?

A: I have total confidence that, after listening to your needs, I can make your song become what you expected!

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: Versatility and high quality. Also my turnaround time and my ability to communicate with the client to determine their needs. The better the communication, the better the final product!

Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

A: I am inspired by honest musicians and singers. I think that a really good voice is not enough. There must be soul and meaning in a song. To name a few: Kimbra, Thom Yorke, Jordan Rakei, Erykah Badu, Nathy Peluso, Billie Holliday & Billie Eilish.

Q: How would you describe your style?

A: I grew up listening to different genres, which kept me updated and made me really versatile!

Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

A: I promise to give you a high quality product. I will deliver it on time and will work with you to ensure it is something you will love.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?

A: Currently I am working on my EP! Additionally I am always doing a few session recordings for clients, so I stay pretty busy!

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: That I can do what I love! That's why I won't stop until you're satisfied with your product!

A: Definitely Candela Cibrian (Della). She was my mentor and is extremely talented! There's a reason why she's one of the most 5-star reviewed person on the entire SoundBetter platform. We work together frequently, and have done so for over 7 years!

A: Is there any reference you'd like me to consider? What is your turn around time needed? What is your budget?

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: Be specific about what you want and don't be afraid to ask for suggestions on what can bring the best results. The more information I have, the better I can create the sound you want!

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

A: Macbook Pro with ProTools, Apollo Twin audio interface, Neumann mic, and "bang and olufsen" headphones.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: Be organised and keep it simple! :)

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: Pop, Latin Reggaeton, EDM and R&B.

A: I record on Pro Tools 10HD with an Apollo Twin audio interface. I use Rode NT1 microphone.
