El Rosa on SoundBetter

I'm a professional music producer, mix engineer and session guitarist based in Santiago, Chile.

I considered my self an audiophile and music geek always aiming to get new sounds and rhythms. My main goal is getting the most creative music and mixes as I can. I always care about the artist message and its influences as the main line of work. Love the audio design.

  25. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  26. A: Speaking about recording guitars...It's complicated. Analog, is may be the best sound for me, but there is so much acoustic treatment, accessories and equipment demands that digital doesn't need and it helps you in a good way with almost the same result. Nowadays digital has nice amps that you only need an amp head direct to your interface and that's it.

  27. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  28. A: I'm tracking guitars for a chilean singer in a urban/latin-pop style.
